ATA CPA + Advisory is a premier regional accounting firm in the Southeast that provides a wide range of services.
They found their current proposal process untenable as each one was created by hand, taking too much time, while also being error-prone.
Approach
Our team reviewed the process and identified areas to normalize and streamline in order to design templates for each use-case.
C4, our frequent collaborators, built a backend that allowed for content to be entered by the user without having to worry about formatting and styling. Then the system uses the templates to generate the proposal.

Results
Now ATA fills out a form, and the generator builds a beautiful proposal with example images, team bios and specific details. Client data is imported from ATA’s CRM system, so no additional data duplication.
